Terms of Service

1. The service

OPEXSWAP lets you exchange one cryptocurrency for another. Quotes are sourced from third-party exchange providers; when you open an order, the swap is executed through the provider shown on your quote (or, if that provider declines, the next best one — the order page tells you when that happens). During a swap, deposited funds pass through addresses operated for the duration of the order; OPEXSWAP is not a wallet and does not hold balances for you outside an active order.

2. No accounts

There is nothing to register. Each order is identified solely by its OPX reference code. Anyone holding the code can view the order's status, so treat it like a receipt. Lose the code and we may be unable to locate your order.

3. Quotes and deposits

The quoted payout already includes our fee. Floating-rate quotes settle at the rate locked when your deposit confirms on-chain. Send exactly the amount shown: underpaid or overpaid deposits are routed to manual review and resolved via support with your OPX reference. Deposits sent after an order expires, to an old address, or on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.

4. Refunds

If a swap cannot be completed, funds are returned to the refund address you supplied at checkout. Without a refund address, a return requires contacting support with your OPX reference and a return address on the depositing network. Network fees for a return may be deducted.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use OPEXSWAP for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the legality of your own use, including tax obligations. We may refuse or reverse service where processing an order would be unlawful for us.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as-is. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible and their prices volatile; OPEXSWAP is not liable for losses caused by market movement, network congestion, user error (wrong address, wrong network, wrong memo), or the failure of third-party providers. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount deposited for that order.

7. Changes

These terms may change; the version published here applies to orders opened after it is published.
